02 | Translation

Translate program and mood boards into an architectural planning. Includes all or some of the nine divisions detailed in the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure defined service phases: programming, schematic design, design development, permit planning, preparation of construction documents, preparation of tendering, commissioning process, site supervision and facility maintenance.

03 | Special Services

Preparation, documentation and organization for restaurant licenses and permits, lease and rental agreements, purchase and sales agreements, bills of sale, financing, property insurances, owner association negotiations and agreements, et cetera.

 

04 | Construction

Long-standing team of engaging, dedicated, diligent and conscientious professionals for all necessary construction trades.

 

05 | Product Procurement

Supply the finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment presented during the design phase. Includes, but not limited to, the floor and wall finishes, kitchens, furniture, lights, artwork, deco, rugs, bathroom fixtures, accessories, equipment, signage, curtains and household products.
